For completed orders, we do NOT give refund because they are services and once done, can NOT be returned.
For unfulfilled orders, we will issue partial/full refund to your account blance on our website, according to the amount delivered and missing.
Usually We do NOT issue refund to your payment processors, but if you do NOT need our services anymore, we will refund the remaining balance of your account to your payment processor.
